Dr. Tseng graduated from Chang Gung University School of Medicine and trained extensively at Chang Gung Memorial Hospital in Linkou and Cathay General Hospital in Taipei, later serving as Chief Orthopedic Physician at Chang Gung Memorial Hospital Chiayi and Yunlin branches.
